Shake Shack in Cleveland

Brooke a fellow employee was very rude and inconsiderate. I asked for sauce for my onion rings as I asked my girlfriend for what sauce she wanted she she rolled eyes and said Umm can I have a specific one quicker.... I ignored the gesture and said I’d like ranch. I waited over 30 minutes and then just left. I will never be back.

This is a great little find on the way to somewhere else, we were hungry and happened upon this gem. They are like an old timey drive in, you just pull up and they walk out to your vehicle and take your order and bring it to you. They have a small seating area inside with about 6-8 booths and when you walk in a bell chimes and they come in the room and take and deliver your order there. The food and service was excellent as was the ice cream afterwards 😁.

Not many restaurants in the area. So it is nice having this restaurant with so many food choices here. And it us fair prices.

Good food served by beautiful people. I feel like this is one of the few remaining places from my childhood. Locally owned and operated by people who obviously care. I absolutely hate that they limit the amount you can tip... When I get great service I want to leave a great tip and as a server I know the struggle.

Waited 25 minutes to have our order taken while 5 cars that arrived after me had theirs taken first. Didn't go here for about 15 years, have been 3 times recently and it hasn't improved. Order wasn't correct, food was not good (especially for the price). Maybe I'll try again in another 15 years.

We like the food but the service is horrible. On our last visit, we waited in the parking lot 30 minutes and no service. We walked up to the building and everyone walked around us so we finally left.They don't mark cars so they have no idea which cars they have gotten orders from. So, if you go, plan your time accordingly!

It was terrible!!! I sat there 30 minutes waiting on someone to take my order ..finally I tracked a waitress down only to be told there not taking any more orders for 20 minutes!!! The waitress had walked by my car 3 times and never said anything just kept ignoring me... Good thing I finally made her talk to me or I would probably still be there next Wednesday!!

Awesome burger/ice cream stop on our way to the Ocoee. Hand made patties and crispy tater tots were great. We'll be back.

A true throwback to the 60s. Tried burgers, mini burgers and crinkle fries. Awesome! Prices are good. Cargo service outstanding.

Omg delicious! Our first time, and definitely wont be our last. I had a 1/2 lb burger. It was better than homemade. Beef taste excellent.

I have ate at shake shack all my life... But I will no longer be stopping in for a nice treat. When you buy a specific place stay with what made the place the hot spot ditching Mayfield products was a very bad idea

Don’t go here if you expect to eat within an hour of getting there. Service is extremely slow and the kids they have for carhops ignore you and walk by like you haven’t been sitting there for 15-20 minutes to order. One girl walked by us at least 5 times and went to other cars that got there AFTER we did. There were several of them just standing around. They would be better off just putting in a drive thru window instead of having people work there that don’t know what they’re doing. We tried being patient every time we’ve been here but it’s gotten to where it’s just too irritating to even deal with it and the overpriced food. Just go somewhere else

Went here for lunch. I have passed this place many time but I decided to try it today. I am very happy to say that the foor wasvery good and the service was excellent. I will return here very soon. I recomend to try this place. Drive in car service so social distancing is not a problem and no mask needed. Just to be clear. Servers take order at your vehicle and curb service your order to you.

I ordered a banana split and they left off the banana. She did bring me one when I let them know. Weekends are too busy and they get overwhelmed leading to mistakes. I've like going there but I suggest going during the week and checking your food.

Anytime we come here, the service is always terrible. There’s nothing but teenagers that work here and all of them have horrible attitudes. My husband ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, came out with no bacon. I asked for ketchup and ranch because we had two sides of onion rings, and the girl brought us 3 tiny packets of ketchup. No ranch. Everyone avoids you if you need something. The only thing good about this place is the food and sometimes that’s just not enough. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but it’s irritating when I’ve been in the industry. I understand that things happen, but when it’s constant and the workers are always rude when you try to be as nice as possible? I’d rather just go somewhere else.

This is a great place to stop and get some good food and ice cream after a long day at the Ocoee. The service was great, and they were very attentive. So if you are in the area, definitely check them out.

I came to shake shack today on a skateboard because the weather is beautiful and they had the picnic tables closed so I stood next to a man on a motorcycle in a spot to order some food. My friend pulled up shortly after in his car and I hopped in his car (wasn’t holding a spot, I was ordering wether he came or not), they then told us “hit the road jack we ain’t taking your order” and forced us to leave.

Food is very good, service is amazing... Price is decent. There is a lil bit of a wait time, but only because they are so packed! Well worth the wait.

Great burgers! We ordered the double burgers and fries, and the burgers were super juicy and soft! We'll be back!

Great food!To pass the time, we like to read through all the 1 star reviews and laugh at the responses from the owner. Love to see someone that stands behind their restuarant and their workers. Honestly, dont expect super fast service when they are packed out every day from open to close. Just bring a book or something. Or read the other reviews 🤣

You NEED to stop by this place. It doesn't look like much but the food is SO good and the vibe is fun. They have lots of different choices of just some good ole' American classics.

I love this place I got the burger steak and it was delicious. fries where perfect cheese sticks where good too .price was good too about the same at other fast food places but with quality food ..super friendly waiters I will be coming back ..took me back to my child hood

First timer. Wait was long as expected (packed parking lot!) Not surprisingly, the food was delicious. I have so many more things I'm excited to go back and try!!

Great milk shake, just perfect, thick but not too sweet. Husband had a hot fudge Sunday it even had walnuts. Planning on going back and having a full meal

Shake shake is a local must visit! As the name suggests the shakes are amazing. I loved the real strawberry, and my wife devoured a peanut butter variety that was amazing. The food was decently priced as well.

Fantastic place to eat the car hops are extremely attentive and very friendly will be back highly recommended.

The jalapeño poppers are perfect.

The service was so slow. They didn’t even ask for our order for the first 20 min we got there. No one was wearing mask. Pretty disappointed and it wasn’t worth it:/

Great quick bite to eat. Mini burgers perfect for the kids. Shake burger was fresh. We are not local, but if I was this would be a go to spot. Drive in, or benches if you want to sit. I walked up because I was not sure how to order. The car hop was friendly advised me on the menu, and told me the "drill" Never got a chance to tip because the car hop did not bring the sign charge back. Too bad. Good job! Definitely recommend for any ages. Service was excellent. Did have to wait a few, but worth it. This was my first visit I would not hesitate returning if in the area agian. Happy 4th! 🇺🇸🍔 I wish my home town of Palm Beach had something like this.

Great food and ice cream.

Sat in the parking lot for what seemed like a day and a half not sure what to do as this was our first time visiting! Wife starts reading the reviews of everyone complaining and after reading how much of an absolute SAVAGE the owner is we decided to wait it out! Flagged down a car hop and had the best milkshake and hot fudge brownie ever made! Will def be back! Cole was AMAZING!

Loved it, I ate here as a child up to teen years while growing up in Cleveland. After many years living over 1500 miles away visited and was not disappointed!! Still a great place!!

Their burgers are great but the shakes have me coming back repeatedly. Great customer service despite being busy.
